On the 1/12/25 I was nervous and apprehensive as I was beginning my dental implant journey. I didn’t know what to expect but I needn’t have worried as the dentist, Edward, and dental nurses, Beata and Alison, put me at ease immediately. Before I knew it, my teeth were out and my posts were in. I felt no pain and was supported through it all. A few hours later my temporary implant arch was fitted and already I could smile with confidence. They are a wonderful team and everyone I have been in contact with has been pleasant, helpful, and supportive. Just another few weeks and I will have my permanent implants. My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner. I would 100% recommend Helens Bay Dental to anyone who is still thinking about taking the first step towards implants. Thank you to everyone in this amazing dental practice. I am counting down the days to my permanent teeth. Today I got my permanent teeth and I am absolutely delighted and as always the care was 5-star. Thanks to everyone.READ MORE

Sarah, my dentist, is very professional and explained everything to me in great detail and I am delighted with my treatment so far; also Lorraine, who is an excellent hygienist.READ MORE

They have invested heavily in the latest and most up-to-date equipment, which makes for more relaxing and less stressful dentist visits. I’m delighted with the service I have received over the past year, from implant surgery to fillings. If you are nervous about the dentist, this place will really make you feel at ease. I’ve never felt any pain during any of my treatments. When my next appointment comes around, I don’t feel anxious or nervous like I have in the past with other dentists. I’d recommend their services to anyone without hesitation.READ MORE
