Hygiene appointment this morning with Lorraine Huyton, ably assisted by Alice. The team was very friendly, approachable, and highly skilled. Lorraine was very thorough and made some useful observations and recommendations. I highly recommend Helens Bay Dental Practice.

They have invested heavily in the latest and most up-to-date equipment, which makes for more relaxing and less stressful dentist visits. I’m delighted with the service I have received over the past year, from implant surgery to fillings. If you are nervous about the dentist, this place will really make you feel at ease. I’ve never felt any pain during any of my treatments. When my next appointment comes around, I don't feel anxious or nervous like I have in the past with other dentists. I went to the hygienist today for a routine clean and had such a great experience. Gill was amazing – she instantly put me at ease with her knowledge and experience, and took the time to address my concerns about my gums. I also received a lovely warm welcome from Shelley, the nurse, who provided excellent support throughout my treatment. Both made the whole visit really comfortable and reassuring. Highly recommend!
